Not customer friendly, terrible website, too many steps and multiple passwords just to access your ID cards. Even with original receipts they always deny claims first. Had for 10 yrs, never signing with them again. Cheaper not to pay them a premium each month and just go to one of the new eye glass places that are affordable like Americas Best.
