Was sold a medicare advantage plan instead of plan f suppliment. Tried immediately the very same day to cancel but they refused and now are demanding payment for months premium even though i finally got it cancelled. Now i believe the reason for the delay is to extort money from customers. Very bad bad company.

I applied for dental insurance and then canceled the same day I applied, and they're suppose to e-mail to let me know if it was process/approved before charging my card. They didn't and they charge me for an application fee after I cancelled!
