OTC ORDER

Well the first thing I can't get in to my app to see what going on in my account r any account I can use the 100 dollars. So I am having a problem getting into my account and looking up anything.

Humana Special Rx Department

Issue yet to be resolved. Despite email and phone calls, nothing to date. As of 82-28-**** this day after calls 8-09/8-15/8-19 nothing resolved to date. Do not use Humana for insurance needs.

I didnt get my problem resolved. The customer service seem to not care. My primary doctor want to cancel my appointment because they didnt except humana in their office. Customer service said there are in the network and should except our plan. Thats was it.

Bad service

I was told by my dr that my last home test for colon cancer came back wit a trace of blood he also said it could be nothing but to have it checked out , this is the same test that Humana makes me take . After making a dr appt and buying the drink needed to take the day before I was told Humana refused my colonoscopy test . It seems to me Humanas right hand doesnt know what its left hand is doing . I am seeking legal advice in case the worst occurs in the future. F.J.

I went to dentist and benefits changed, This caused a great hardship on me, I am disabled and sometimes understanding these thing takes time and no one explained this to me.

I have a cavity and have to live with the pain until I get it figured out. I am Mad and hurt you would change coverage without letting know. I will look at other insurances now.

Extremely poor service with medicine refillsHumana

Humana is servicing my Alcoa health plan. Since Aloca switched from cvs to humana in 12/06/2020 It has been a nightmare. I am 82 years old and nave had nothing but problems getting refills. I have called and complained over 8 times, Each time they say they are sorry and will straighten things out, I get the next delivery and then everything reverts as before, CVS was never any problem, Please beware of this company. Any help you can give me will be appreciated.

Good but does not have a fax number??

Try to get covid second booster shot at Fry's Drugs but cannot get on line without a Humana Fax Number??

Not enough room allowed to explain latest in my difficulties getting supplies, contacting Humana, or writing reviews, but as a new member, my experience has been a nightmare.

My urologist is not in network and needs a referral. Plz help! My PCP thinks he needs no referral. He is w/ Proliance in Puyallup at 253-840-****. MA Kelly. PCP is Dr Kumar, Auburn. Susan

Humana Customer Services to call so that I can resolve several pressing issues for a new member. I was transferred, told to call Insurance, hung up on and then asked to provide email feedback, and the form did not work

You never get told the same thing twice

I work in insurance verification and it's my job to make sure ppl have their approvals on file for the tests/surgeries, and the ads on tv for humans state no referrals are needed.... IS A FLAT OUT BOLD FACED LIE!!!! I'm certain states, Illinois being one of them,...

My husband John went to the Methodist ER on Tuesday, March 8. He was admitted to the hospital, and now Humana is denying his hospital stay. We will be filling an appeal.

Appeal status

My husband had emergency surgery for a fistula that burst. He was taken to the hospital by EMS. Stayed 8 days and then the hospital required that he be transferred to a skilled nursing center. The appeal was for him to go to a rehab center instead. The nursing center isnt able to care for him, and now he is in the ER.

Billing Department claims they did not receive 2 electronic payments from my bank

The online Dispute Department for Chase Bank verified that the Billing Department in Pittsburgh, PA did receive and accept payment. You cannot contact the Billing Department directly and you end up talking to people that dont know Billing Policy requirements. You end up wasting several hours of your time and end up with the wrong information. Very poor customer service and very disorganized as far as Billing. I signed up in Dec. and had to call several times to see where to send a payment because i didnt receive any payment coupons. The man on the phone gave me the correct address but did not give me a special billing number to include which i now found out he didnt have access to

They required documentation from my bank that it was paid. This 8 page document was mailed on March 4th and they still claim it was not pd.

The Chase bank online Dispute Department has verified that they did chase both checks but did not credit my acct.
