I've had Humana for 4 months and they still won't fill my prescriptions.They say they are secondary even though I haven't had another carrier since 12/16.

I've called over 35 times. No relief yet. Don't buy from Humana. I have never been jerked around like this.

I hope to file a class action suit. I have tried to straighten this out since 3/1/17. It's now 6/20/17. Their customer service makes the airlines look good.

I spent 31 years in the insurance business and these guys re-define the words rip off.

I have multiple sclerosis and Humana did nothing to help.these people are bad bad bad bad bad bad bad.Medicare said Humana was my primary carrier even though Humana would not listen to them they lie without hesitation.
