Humana called me and resolved the issue.

My wife and I have been members since 2012 I never missed a payment I'm on auto pay. My wife broke a tooth and we had to pay for it ourself which we assumed we had full coverage.

We decided to upgrade our coverage to include major services in case we need it in the future. I called you customer support and recorded the conversation and was told it would be 74.99 a month with no waiting since we had continuous coverage since 2012. I told the gentleman let me call my wife and see if she wants to pay that and have her call you back. My wife called 30 minutes after I called and was told she will have to have a 12 month waiting when she told them she has a recording that the person my husband spoke to said no waiting.

The principle is not about waiting 12 month we got the tooth fixed you can contact our dentist and he will tell you it was a back tooth and all other teeth are healthy. I will provide my dentist contact below. The representative was rude would not let my wife speak to a manger and if this is the treatment your company training is that's a shame. I'm so angry that I will not stop till this is resolved.

I will contact the media if I have to resort to that. My wife is Magda B***** and she deserves an apology. We don't care about your waiting period because will look for Dental insurance somewhere else with a 12 month waiting. This treatment is unacceptable.

The representative didnโ€™t want me to talk to a manager left me on hold for 1hour 23 minutes told me they only have 1 manager and she will be on the phone all day. See video below

Humana is a rip off . To give you a example , they were paying for my prescriptions at a marginal rate , I still had to pay some out of pocket costs , which I understand and had no problem with.

Then all of sudden they refused to pay anything . Sent me a letter telling me to either get a generic brand or they would refuse to pay for anything . I refused their demands telling this is what me and my physician had found was the best prescriptions for me . They left me paying full costs until I got rid of them and chose a different insurance provider .

When I sent a complaint to Medicare they finally contacted me questioning me about the matter then said they would investigate the situation and possibly settle everything . After three weeks they called and said that was my designated time to pay extra costs out of pocket . I have never had before this time pay full costs . Needless to say I called them very horrible words before hanging up .

I urge everyone to definitely find some other insurance companies . Humana itโ€™s worth the costs and will rip you off !

I like how you gripe for paragraphs but use a single short sentence about resolution. Try to simplify everything that well and you'll be happier - you see, there are resolutions and you often don't need to complain so vituperatively about something that as of yet caused you no actual damage, just simple aggravation and hasn't been resolved one way or the other.

I don't have Humana anymore. They kept sending me these papers full of condescending questions, such as "do you know what month you were born in ?" nobody should have to put up with things like this !!
