First of all, call customer service and you will hear "is now closed". Suppose you live on the West Coast.
They close down at 3PM. They have no 24-hour support for resetting passwords, which you have to do every time you logon. Secondly, I have never been able to logon to their system without first calling customer service. It is the most messed up website and poorest customer service of all the organizations I deal with.
I only deal with them because they have the cheapest Medicare part D. As far as dental insurance is concerned, I have found that no dental insurance is really worth the money because it only pays part of the cost.
So the dentists just quote a high price. Then you have to pay 1/2 of that which is what you could have negotiated in the first place without the insurance.
