My husband is a Type 2 Diabetic and Right Souce RX refused to approve his Januvia prescription even after letters from two Doctors. Their computer system at Right Source is so bad they can not even get his test strips and lancets presccription refilled. We have tried since March to get his supplies and each time we are on the phone well over an hour and each time they say they are ordered and will be shipped and each time nothing. They refuse to let us speak with a supervisor and Humana says they have a problem but don't know how to fix... Read more

Humana makes like there there for the customer but they are not they consistently try to get out of paying claims or making it vague what they pay for and then beat you over the head with there policy book and there customer service is rude and no help.For instance a doctor that treats me works for the county and treats me and they bill for him through the county so Humana says he is out of network even though there book says he is in so they say I have to call the Doctor and and have him make tax records for himself to turn in to them or I... I have three complains 1- After my contacting the Right Source per their instructions my Doctor called in for prescription medicine which I have been taking for years. After receiving the prescription order they told me that I was allergic to a different medicine. I am not allergic to that different medicine. I have spent over at least 8 hours (4 calls) of my time trying reach customer service to resolve the issue. I currently work for a physicans office and have to deal with Humana on a regular basis. If you call from a providers office you are transferred to an outsourced office located in the Phillipines. 90% of those people do not understand what I say or what they say. I am always misinformed and it has caused extreme delay in payments and resolutions to problems.
